For over a decade, the Essential Health for All Foundation (EHFAF) has stood as a beacon of hope for rural communities often left behind. Founded on the principles of health equity, we work alongside local communities, health authorities, and global partners to build strong health systems, save lives, and reduce preventable deaths. From our state-of-the-art health center in Noon to community-led WASH programs, we are making essential healthcare a reality, not a privilege.
EHFAF is committed to reducing poverty by empowering communities through sustainable agriculture. By providing practical training, innovative farming solutions, and agricultural support programs, we help individuals turn opportunities into lasting livelihoods while strengthening food security and economic growth.

About our Foundation
EHFAF was founded in 2009 by Ntogwiachu Daniel, a critical care nurse who witnessed firsthand the devastating health disparities between urban and rural Africa, especially Cameroon. While working in well-equipped city hospitals, Daniel saw that patients from rural areas often arrived too late, too sick, or not at all, no nearby facilities, no clean water, no preventive care.
Determined to act, he established EHFAF as a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, and non-racial/ethnic entity. The mission was simple yet profound: complement the government and private health systems by filling critical gaps where they exist.
For over a decade, EHFAF worked through community networks and mobile clinics. In 2020, the Ministry of Public Health granted authorization to establish a permanent, state-of-the-art health facility. In August 2022, the doors of EHFAF’s first community health center opened in Noon Division, a milestone that transformed rural healthcare delivery.

Cultivating Health from the Ground Up
Good health starts with good nutrition. At EHFAF, we understand that a mother cannot stay healthy on an empty stomach, a child cannot fight malaria without proper nutrients, and a family cannot thrive without reliable access to fresh, affordable food.
That is why we have expanded our mission beyond the clinic walls. Our Agriculture & Food Security program works hand-in-hand with our rural health centers, community health workers, and local farmers to build a system where essential health and essential nutrition are one and the same.
